IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." In accordance with Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules, the Speaker waived engrossment of HCS CSSB 231(FIN) am H(brf sup maj pfld H). It was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and transmitted to the Senate with copies of certified amendments attached.
